This agency had two SEO clients when the engagement began, both at risk of churning due to underperformance. Both existing accounts received immediate diagnostic audits. Account A, an e-commerce client in Rotterdam, had fundamental technical issues blocking crawling and indexing of 60% of its product catalogue. Account B, a B2B software company, had zero structured data and thin content across core service pages. Both were remediated within four weeks, with measurable performance improvements within eight weeks. Both accounts were retained.
