Strategic Intelligence for a Complex World

Most organisations are built to perform. Few are built to endure. The ones that do share something: they invest in the infrastructure beneath the visible; how they are found, how they are understood, and how they are remembered.

Rima Taha has worked in technology and digital innovation since 2008, advising governments, enterprises and agencies across EMEA. Her practice has moved steadily deeper into the infrastructure beneath the surface: how institutions digitise, which platforms they should own rather than rent, and how the systems they run on are actually built.

She was among the first practitioners to see that the shift from search algorithms to large language models needed a discipline of its own. She built that capability into a broader technology practice rather than mistaking it for the practice itself.

A second thread ran through the same years. An agricultural initiative in Lebanon's Chouf District became the proof of concept for digitising farmer intelligence: giving farmers the data and the standing to lead their own business models, and giving ministries the systems architecture to do it at national scale. She works across conventional, high-technology and biodynamic agriculture and treats them as one continuum rather than three camps.

Both threads meet in Harmonic Field, the movement and organisation she founded around a single question: how technology can elevate human lives rather than replace them.
