Automation earns its place in three situations: the same steps repeat every week, data is re-keyed between systems that were never introduced to each other, or a process is being held together by one person's memory. Everything below is built against those, and nothing is built because it demonstrates well.
Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. No scope creep, no surprise invoices.

"When the engagement ends, you keep the database, the schema, and the code."
The Process
From brief to operational in days.
A structured four-phase process that delivers working automations, not plans.
Audit
We document every repeatable process, identify integration points, and prioritise by time-saving impact before writing a single workflow.
Architecture
Each workflow is mapped with branching logic, error conditions, and fallback states before build. You sign off the architecture before any development begins.
Build & Test
Workflows are built, tested with real data, and stress-tested for edge cases. Every path is verified before handover. No live surprises.
Handover
Full documentation, a live walkthrough session, and a 30-day support window. Your team understands and controls every workflow from day one.
"You own the database, the schema, and the code. There is no platform dependency, no per-seat licence scaling against your headcount, and no point at which continuing to operate the system requires continuing to pay me."

An integration connects your existing subscription CRM to other tools: your data model, permissions and licence terms stay with that vendor. A build creates the database itself: schema designed around your process, permissions enforced at the database layer, and full ownership of the records. Integration is the right choice when your current CRM already fits. A build is the right choice when you are working around it, paying per seat for users who only need read access, or holding sensitive data on infrastructure you do not control.
You do. Infrastructure is provisioned in your organisation's accounts from the first day of the build, not migrated to you at the end. You hold the database, the schema, the source code and the documentation. There is no component of the system that requires an ongoing relationship with me to keep running, and no export process to negotiate if you decide to take it elsewhere.
Any repeatable, rule-based process is a candidate: lead routing and CRM entry, reporting and dashboard updates, nurture sequences, cross-platform data sync, and scheduled exports. If your team repeats the same steps more than twice a week, it can almost certainly be automated.
Yes. Governance here means ownership: you hold the database, schema, and code from day one, documented well enough for your own team to run or replace it without me.
