- NASF (rimataha.com/national-agriculture-startup-agriculture-framework) - the National Agricultural Systems Framework, designed for NGOs, government ministries, and multilateral bodies

- Name, email, organisation, and message when you submit a contact or enquiry form on any of the three properties
- Research collaboration enquiries submitted via Harmonic Field
- Institutional and programme enquiries submitted via NASF contact forms
- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all three properties
- No cookies beyond GA4 analytics are set on any property
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your commercial, research, or institutional enquiry
- To assess fit for consulting engagements (rimataha.com), research collaborations (Harmonic Field), or programme deployments (NASF)
- To understand how visitors use each property (GA4)
- We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
- Form data is transmitted via Resend and stored in email only
4. Legal Basis (EU/GDPR)
We process your data under legitimate interest and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing consultancy@rimataha.com.
5. Data Retention
Form submissions are retained in email only, as long as the business relationship is active. GA4 data is retained for 14 months per Google's default setting.

7. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the US via Google Analytics. Google maintains EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliance.
